For Indian Customers
Step 1: Email or send us a message regarding your enquiry.
Step 2: We will send our detailed proposal with product price list.
Step 3: You have to specify the order details like purchase quantity, packaging & labeling requirements, preferred shipping mode, etc.
Step 4: The total amount will be quoted to you (product prices, plus shipping cost)
Step 5: Once you're given the total payable amount and you're okay with it, pay immediately via Paytm/Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Step 6: The order processing time is 3-7 working days (from the date of payment), depends on the product availability and order volume.
Step 7: The delivery time is 3-5 working days for orders shipped via India Post Speed Post (EMS) or DTDC courier.
Step 8: The delivery time is 7-12 working days for orders shipped via India Post Registered Parcel.
For International Customers

Step 7: The delivery time depends upon your preferred shipping mode (Express or Economy), and import regulations of your country's customs.
